Importing and Viewing Blob fileds in RTC

Hi Experts,

In Attachment Table when we are trying to import or view a file
in RTC, which is more than 5mb in size

We are receiving the error as below:

Viewing

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

The file that you are trying to use is too large.

While Importing file into NAV

The value of COPYSTR parameter 2 is outside of the permitted range. The current value is: 0. The permitted range is: from 1 to 2,147,483,647.

After Researching we found that
"UPLOADINTOSTREAM" or "DOWNLOADFROMSTREAM" functions which are used to retrieve files in RTC is causing problem.

Can you guys please help in this regard to solve the above error.
Also is there any size limit for a file when we use "UPLOADINTOSTREAM" or "DOWNLOADINTOSTREAM" functions.
