Customize this page - saved in ZUP file??

You know how in the RTC you can click on "customize this page" and then show/hide/promote buttons, save defaults, etc.

Where are these settings stored? Is it in the ZUP file like Classic?

Someone we just switched to the RTC said her settings were not saved, I am wondering if it is because she clicked on "no" to replace the zup file? :-k

Thanks...

In the RTC, there is no longer a zup-file.

It is all saved in the DB.

And I think it is saved on the moment the change is done.

Has it happened once or does it happen always? In the latter case, I would check (SEE and not ask!) with the user what exactly she does.
