how can I add the dotnet interop datatype to Navision 2009 SP1??

Just apply the latest platform hotfix (there is one mandatory hotfix to apply on SP1 to be able to apply latest hotfixes for R2). This hotfix will change the SP1 to R2 and you will have DotNet datatype available.
