Performance decline.....!!???

Hi to all experts......!!!

I am wondering on one problem I am facing at my client site......!!

NAV 2009: Classic with SQL Server 2005

My client was facing problem related to Inventory Application, i discussed with client and my superiors too, and the solution was to remove the application and reapply the Inventory transactions.

I designed processing only report, and did the re-application. I confirmed the total quantity and remaining quantity figure, location wise for each item.

Now, after this, the problem aroused with Transfer Order Posting.
When user attempts to post Transfer Shipment, system is taking too long for it.....!!

The order that was taking 30 seconds for 600 lines, now taking 30 minutes. Ofcourse, I have not touched any part of standard-code for posting routines.

Can anybody guide me what steps shall I take to increase performance at previous level.....!!

All suggestions will be welcomed..........!!!

    Did you altered any keys????

    Do the reindexing in SQL and check for the performance.
