"Search as your type" in RTC?

I am training a company on the RTC. One issue that keeps coming up is that filtering is more clicks/steps than before. Also, it seems everything is case sensitive which is causing additional frustration.

Is there a way to do anything like the "Search as you type" filter within the RTC?

No. There's no plans for it either in the future version. The argument is performance.

If you do a search on this forum, I've already complained about this.

You have to use the @ symbol for searches to be not case sensitive.

You can implement search as you type using Addin.
