category descriptions for promoted actions

To control the appearance order of promoted actions, I used category6 and category7 on a page header. The fooring at the bottom of the group of icons reads category6 and category7 respectively. Is there a way to to provide a more user friendly description?

eg. if you want to use category4 and you want it's description to be 'X' then in this property mention language and then mention caption like New,Process,Report,X then category 4 will be refered as X.
