Hello Navision Fans
I am looking for solution, I hope you can help me, guys
Current situation:
About 30 XP 's computers in 2003 windows domain, we have citrix server with Navision 5.0 SP1 in another city.
Every user use citrix client and run Navision.
most of users use Navision data and copy to excel 2007 (ctr+c, ctr+v)
From some time few users cannot use ctr+c, ctr+v combination
They copy data from Navision, paste into excel and nothing.
I spoke with our Navision support but they said check regional setting on local computer and on citrix.
Please help me guys !!

There are a bunch of links on Citrix's website in regards to broken clipboards. Also I would try to make sure they have chosen to allow "Full Access" from the session back to the client; I know this refers to drives but it may also refer to the clipboard... That I do not know.

There are also settings on the server that can block this. So you also need to look at the Citrix server and the user profile accounts.
Can you get a Citrix expert in t look at this? It really has nothing to do with Navision and the NAV partner may not really be qualified, I am sure they can do it, but it might take them many hours, where a Citrix expert will fix it in 10 min. ANd they will probably do it remotely.David Singleton0 -
In some versions of Citrix it's also possible for the user to change some of the shortcuts, so he can use one shortcut on his local client and another on his remote desktop/application. I'm not sure if this belongs also to general shortcuts like Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V, but maybe that's another possible reason of this behaviour. I'm pretty sure that this has nothing to do with NAV."Money is likewise the greatest chance and the greatest scourge of mankind."0

Most likely a region setting
2,345.22 vs 2.345,22 vs 2 345.22
Citrix server and your local client must be set up the same.David Singleton0
