Problem Could not connect to database During 2009 R2 installation on 3 Computers

Dear Expert's
First off all Thank's For your Supports..
Right Now I am Working on The 3 tier installation of NAV2009 R2 on Three computers with help of The following Document..

For This Installation I create The Following Envoirment.

a)NAVSQL-Windows Server 2003 SQL Server 2005(Physical M/C) For database tier
b)NAVSERV-Windows Server 2003 SQL Server 2005(Physical M/C) For Middel tier
c) NAVCLIENT -Windows 7(VPC)
user is domain administrator

I followed All The steps which mentioned in The document ,During This I faced Following problem.
a)During Installation of NAVSQl when specify the parameters during Installation I get The Following Error Report.

Fatal error during installation.

Could not connect to the SQL database. (-2147467259 master ). This can be caused by insufficient permissions. Indirect permissions through Windows group memberships may not work as expected when User Account Control (UAC) is turned on.

b) when I complete all the procedure and try to Connect The database from NAV client it Gives me following Error
"Could Not Connect The Database"
I have mention The Following Server path Address manually on The RTC window
10.104.101.174:7046/DynamicsNAV
The Following Error message occurred
"Could Not Connect The Server "

Please help me regarding This Issue
