Data Uploading in Norwegian Language

Hi Experts,

I have input file in Norwegian languange. However when import using dataport, the value captured in the tables is not correct.
While i copy paste from excel to the table itself, it gives the correct character.

I have done
1. changed in the control panel Current language for unicode programs to Norwegian
2. Text service and input languages : Default Input language to Norwegian

the result is the same.

any advice will be much appreciated. thank you

    example input : Kontormøbler

    result after dataport : Kontorm°bler
