Service problem

Dear Concern,
I m installing Navision 2009 R2(IN Version) Demo Installation on XP O.S by administrator rights.When going to connect RTC it shows following error:

Service 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer) failed to start.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

When we r going to start Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server services through Administraive Tools -> Services -> Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server, then also it is showing us same error.

Please provide me appropriate answer.
