Page Not Editable

Hi guys!

I've a strange problem with a page that is always not editable.
First I checked editable property of the page: True.
I've checked all editable properties of controls: they're all Editable = True.
I've checked if when I open the page it is in Edit Mode.
My last attempt was to create a boolean variable set it to true in the trigger OnInit() and put this variable as value of the property Editable of all controls but they still not editable.

I'm wondering if someone could help me.

Is it a base page or new page created by you?

What type of Page is it?

What about the source table fields editable property?

1. it's a custom page.
2. it's a Document Page (similar to Sales Order).
3. I checked editable property of all fields but they are set to yes.

The strange thing is that only lines are editable.
all fields of the header remain not editable.

here's the screenshot of the object. as you can see it's opened in edit mode but only the repeater is editable.

Problem solved changing the aim of this page.
it will give the possibility to create a new Document, so I change then Mode from edit to create.
