Report Footer Margin on RTC Report

Hi,
I'm currently modifying the Report Footer Margin of the Report 1401, so that I can put a field on the RTC Report so that it's 0.5in from the bottom edge of the paper (8.5 x 11in).
But what I found out that I always have about 1 in worth of margin space from the bottom of the page, where no data gets displayed.
I checked that there is no footer Margin setup on the "Report Property"...
Is there certain place that i have to look up to change this margin?
I'm sorry that I don't have much information but I'm not familiar with this report and having problems that I can't solve...

As u used 0.5in. Just Do the Hit and trial and it'll be done
Since I haven't had any response, this means that I'm the only one having this issue?
Check if some of the bottom fields does not get printed, thus creating some blank space
Check if all the following REPORT properties are coherent (21cmx29,7cm is the same as 8,5inx11in)
