To Disable Customization of page part

I know that what I'm asking for is impossible but I try...
Because of the :bug: that Belias and I found in Navision 2009 R2 (viewtopic.php?f=32&t=46701), I had to move our pesonalization (that launch a page where user can choose Responsibility Center) away from the LoginStart. First attempt was to put it OnOpenPage() trigger of RoleCenter, but code is not allowed in this type of page; so I put it into OnOpenPage() of a part of RoleCenter...
it works but, if user with "Customize This Page" remove that part the code won't be executed.
So I'm wondering if there's the possibilty to avoid customization...
