How to allow the user to sell items from one location and to have the possibility to see items on other locations?

    What do you mean no way....

    To sell from any location, just enter the location code on the order. To see availability, click the Item button on the Item Card and select availability by Location.

    Fully agreed Denster, but , if I understand correctly, question is "How to limit user's permission to post per location"...

    Example :
    - Location A and B
    - Same Item 1111 in both Locations
    - User Bill could ship item 1111 from Location A, not from B
    - User John could ship from Locations A and B
    - ...

    Voodoo, is the correct request ?

    Yes but Bill must to see items from all locations...
    I added field in User Setup table named Location Filter and use it in Sales Line table to validate inserted Location Code
