Cannot Open RTC in Windows Xp

Hi All,
I need help. I cannot open RTC with windows XP but when I open in Windows 7, RTC is Open.
The error says that cannot create connection. try again.
Anyone can give me solution? [-o<

    You should have Windows XP Professional SP3.

    thanks for reply. :D

    I've been using Windows XP sp3. The strange things on a computer with Windows XP when I login with another user can open RTC. :(

    If in the same machine, with another user login you can open RTC means, then try this combination

    Open this user in some other machine, if that works, then request the IT admin team to backup the required files for that particular user in that problematic machine, delete the user folder and then recreate the same.

    Actually this is a shortcut solution. I had the same problem in Vista, I tried this and it worked for me.
