Automatic cost posting setup

Dear Dynamics Users,

In Navision 5.0 SP1, in the inventory setups we have defined the 'automatic cost posting' as 'Yes'. Yet we noticed that for some of the items in random the system skips adjusting the costs. This is not happening for any specific items and it happens randomly for any item.

If we run the Adjust cost item entries batch job the cost gets adjusted automatically for the items.

Is there any bug in this setup or any patches released by Microsoft ?

I think you are suppose to run the batch job even if you have automatic cost posting turned on.
