Problem with Windows Installer

Hi! We´ve got a problem with Windows Installer when we´ve installed a Client Verision of Navision 3.70 in a Server with Terminal Server. The Clint conects but when you open a company Windows Instaler starts and Navision make an error and closes it. We can´t understand it because we´ve done all passes correctly. First we installed Terminal Server and then we´ve installed Navison Client from "Add/Remove Program" with "Windows Installed".
Please if somebody knows something about it..

    1) Navision can be installed through MS installer on TS sience version 3.70A. If you have version 3.70, you must use special batch to install it.

    2) If you have newer installation (3.70A, 3.70B) check user rights on the client folder. You must start the client at least once with rights to write into client folder (to be able to create help index etc.)
