Problem in Nav 5.0

hi all,
i am using navision 5.0. here i am getting a problem describe below...

i want to upload item list to excel. to do this i clicked on "send to microsoft office excel button" in toobar it giving a error message :

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

This message is for C/AL programmers:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by
GUID={F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221} 6.0:{88D96A05-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}:Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

can anyone tell what is problem? how can be solved?

Have you installed the client the right way or have you just copied the client catalog? You need to install NAV from the CD

Try to install MSXML 6.0...

ya, i install client properly..but it is not coming..giving same problem...

is msxml 6.0 comes with nav5.0 cd?

No you need to download it from MS

I am also getting this error and have installed MXSML 6.0. Any other suggestions?

are you getting the exact error with the same GUID?

try installing msxml 4.0. it solved my problem
