Windows login dos not exist on SQL

dear experts,
I created e SQL user(windows login) i had synchronized and user work correctly on NAV but when i go to SQL a can not find this user.
i did tray to delete and creat once more, synchronize all user, synchronize single user but without any effect
P.S

no i created form NAV i have this problem only for one user for others when i synchronized were transfered to SQL
im trying to find on my-database--> security-->users
the same mysqlserver--> security-->login0 -
why dont you first add it in SQL and later in database?0

It's not any problem but why should i add first on SQL only one user? ONLY form one it's not working
it's work with other users0
