I have uninstalled Nav 2009 SP1 from my machine & installed Nav 2009 R2.
Client & RTC are working fine without any issues.
But my web services is not showing the required details in the IE browser.
It show some thing like below,
- <discovery xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/disco/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<contractRef ref="http://localhost:7047/dynamicsnav/WS/SystemService" xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/disco/scl/" />
</discovery>
I have published a page id 21 & place a check mark in published also.
I have restarted the Web services & the navision server service also.
All the tier are on the same machine including the SQL.
OS is Win XP SP3.
I have checked the event log,it show as
Service: MicrosoftDynamicsNavWS
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services are available at
http://localhost:7047/dynamicsnav/WS/Services.
Any thing i missed when installing NAV 2009 R2.

The problem is solved.
In custom setting file the DatabaseServer value was of different machine and not of the local machine.
I missed that part.
Such a silly mistake, but learned some thing new also.Regards,
