ERROR General Journal In RTC

Hello master i facing some issue when run the function in RTC.

When i click the General Journal in Activity Button in rtc site when i click cancel the following message prompt out
Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Types.Exception.NavNCLDialogException


I am using NAV 2009 R2

    Have you tried to compile the objects? Have you R2 database or it is NAV 2009 SP1 DB technically upgraded to the R2?

    No. I upgrade from NAV 5.01 to NAV 2009 R2

    Will this cause the issue.

    Could be some "left overs" from NAV 5.0 etc. You need to check for more info on Event log, you can try to debug the process through visual studio, you can add some trace code etc. You need to find out on which point it could fail...
