Blank header when export/print report in RTC

Hi everybody,
I'm here with another (big) problem.
Suddenly every NAV report printed from RTC or exported in PDF has blank fields in the header. Those fields which has the code "ReportItems..." referring to fields in the body of the report are blank. Those fields who has the code referring to global variables (such as GlobalPage... or Time...) or which are simply labels... they work well and are compiled in the header.
When I run these report I CAN SEE the header correctly, but when I export or print them... not.
This problem is in every report... Also in those I have never edited.
Do you know if there could be some service that is corrupted? Or some file?
thanks

Yes, I got the same problem. I can see the ReportItem in the header while preview, but they disappeared on PDF, Excel, and Print-Out Paper. Any ideas? Thanks0

I guess that also the print preview doesn't work, isn't it?
anyway, can you give us an example of a non working report? (i mean to post the rdlc layout and preview screenshots, or the report number in case of an unmodified report)0 -

No, the print preview can show the full information in the header, but ReportItems are missing while printing out paper or saving as a PDF.
I already used Tool -> Create Layout Suggestion to remove the original layout and recreate the Layout, so that it work well now.0 -
depending on the report layout it can be that the printer/report margins that are to high (or too low, i've never understood it)...try to mess with the margins, it worked for me.
try to add a pair of colored rectangles all around the head/foot and see if the whole rectangle is printed0 -
This has nothing to do with margins. There is a simple box hidden at the top and if you move it it prints everything below it.
Search for Textbox 3 in the page header section and move this to the top of the page.
All sorted.
Sorry just spent 2 hours finding this and no one had an answer but thought I should share it. =D>
