It should cover
- income by vehicle (in simple terms)
- expenses by vehicle (in simple terms)

We are looking for this solution for a number of our Navision prospects

    A consistent best practice is to use replacement guidelines to project and plan fleet management requirements. The guidelines should trigger assessments of the need to replace individual vehicles for which age and/or life-to-date usage is approaching established replacement thresholds. The ideal fleet best practice is for an organization to develop replacement guidelines based on empirical analysis of the relationship between vehicle age and/or cumulative usage and total vehicle ownership and operating (that is, life-cycle) costs.

    The only auto based add on that I'm aware of that might fit with that is by an company in Latvia. I've seen a demo of their product and it's quite extensive and might offer what you need. I know they've deployed all over the EU and there may now be some implementations of it in the North American market now.

    LOL I totally didn't even notice the date on the original post.

    However it should be noted that the "fleet management" link that is in one of the more recent posts appears to link to a site with a Trojan or other virus so it may be more than just a spammer ;)
