barcode printing problem - regional settings

Hello,

We have a navision report which prints barcode labels by using Code128bWinLarge.
At Customer place all the machines regional settings setup to Chinese.
In this case report is not printing the barcode in the barcode format.
When we change the settings to US, then it is printing in barcode format.
But customer wants to keep regional settings setup to Chinese.

Is there any possibility to achieve this with regional setting to Chinese.
