Client 6 Sp1 on SQL Runs slowly after connection to SQL drop

Client is v6 SP1 running on Windows 7 Business.
If a users is working on the system and the connection drops (our Switch had a blip) now that user seems to work about 3 times slower than a client that the connection didnt drop on them. (Have Same rights, menus and options)

I have removed NAV and reinstalled on the client, Removed the ZUP file and Rebooted the Nav SQL server with no results. logging on with another PC (as same user) seems to resolved the problem. But to actaully perminently fix I have had to reload the Client PC from Scratch then it works fine..

However this has happened again with some 5 users and I dont really fancy reloading all theses PCs. Does anyone have any ideas what could be happening and if there is anything it can do to resolve the issues.

Does 'reload the Client PC' means reinstall of Windows? If yes, than it could be problem of the Windows network auto-tuning. May be that when there are some problems on the network, some setting is changed automatically.
