How to send fax to customer and enter payments for employee?

Hi all,
I have two querries.
Q-1) How to send fax directly to customer from NAV?
Do i need to install a separate add-on or this is a standard functionality available in NAV?

Q-2) How to record payments to the employee of the company?

Note that i am using NAV 2009 NA SP1 version.

Thanks,
I had viewed that topic before.
So it seems we need to write some customised code in order to send fax to customer.

What about the second query?

Yes, we need to write code

I am not sure but someone told me that it is possible in NAV US version only.
Is this true?
Can't this be achieved through employee portal?

Employee portal is to access the data in intranet through web based interface..

Standard NAV IN Localization does not have the payroll module which will fulfill your requirment.

If you dont have the payroll module , you can follow the below process.

a) Create the Employees as dimensions , at the time of payment attach those dimensions.

b) Create the Employees as Vendors ( Seperate the Employees with a boolean field) , assign seperate posting group and use the Journal for Payment.
