Exporting all general ledger transactions to PDF - Options?

I have a request from an auditor requesting all transactions behind every general ledger account in PDF format. I have tried to export to excel, however the file is too large. My other option is to go account by account and export, however this is too time consuming.

You might try to print Report 3:"G/L Register" to pdf.
Or create a dataport to export the fields you want and then open it with Excel and print it to pdf.Regards,Alain Krikilion

There are many inexpensive or free programs that allow you to print to a pdf file just like you would print to a printer. Install one of those and then you can print any report to pdf.0
