Displaying Menusuite On The Bases Of User Login

Hello Experts,

I want to apply some security on user login in navision. Ex. if user is from purchase dept. then he is able to see only Purchase Menusuite, Not All. If any one have solution please suggest me. Thank You Veru Much.

You can assign users to menusuite..design a menusuite and right click on department and select assign users...
(it works only in Classic client)

Yes, u are right, that i did already its working fine but now i have another thing in my mind that if sales or purchase user want to see another dept's details like warehouse related something. Now we just want to give view permission of warehouse menusuite to sales or purchase user then how can we do it ? if any ideas then please suggest. Thanks Again.

either you can give warehouse access to that user or add the forms to purchase or sales menu...

Hello Mohana,

Yes, Those two different ways are available or we can create new menu and insert required menu items (forms, report, etc) in that.
