FYI 6.0 R2 Modified flag doesn't work upon create

I created a table in our test environment and modified it a few times which had the Modified flag in object designer set to True. I moved it to our Production environment and it didn't bring in the Modified flag. I have traced this down to the Modified flag is not set upon object creation. It works when you modify an object but not when you create one.

Not the end of the world but kind of annoying.
