email sent to Distribution List from CRM account are not received
A customer of ours created a new contact in CRM with the email address of a distribution list. They created a new case for that contact, saved and closed it, no errors show up in CRM, but noone on the Distribution List receives the email. If they create a contact using a regular email address, they get the email. The Distribution List works fine if they send to it in Outlook, just not in CRM.
They have tried with 2 Distribution Lists so far. Same issue on both.
Any ideas why?
