Send Approval Request errors

Hi,
I have à problemes in approvals request and i need your Help.

when i try to send an Approval Request for first time from a purchase order,I receive an email in inbox succefully .but when try the second time from an other purchase order i got an error(see picture).
sends mail from Navision to the mail box is not stable
i cant resolve the problem and i cant understand it.

    Can you change the language to english and try to capture the error message again in english

    It will help more people to read it and give an answer if possible

    Try changing the authenication being used by your email server


    The error indicates that you are using wrong authenication method OR wrong name/password.
    Ask your Mail-administrator or check the settings in the mailserver.
