Printing over Citrix

Does anyone have experience in printing Navision documents over Citrix? Our client can’t print with software combination: W2K SP4, Citrix MF 3.0, Navision 3.60, Novell iPrint (IPP - Internet Printing Protocol), Kyocera 1920. They say it's no problem if they print Word document over Citrix & Novell iPrint.

rinting over Citrix is working, but sometime it depends on used drivers (Microsoft vs. Manufacturer, version of drivers etc.) There can be problem with some hotfixes on Win OS (try to search Citrix KnowledgeBase). In Navision is some problem with printing in some cases...
