RTC report header/footer problem

Hi all,

I have created my first very basic RDLC report - a copy of an order confirmation report. It appears fine when in preview mode but when printed the header/footer appear on a separate page from the body. I first thought this was an issue with SAVEASPDF but it seems to be regardless of how I print the report.

I have tried changing margin, page size properties with the RDLC but can't work out the cause of the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I'm thinking it has to do with the hidden fields as per - need to investigate more:

    Yes it was the hidden fields causing my problem - attached is my new layout. It's not ideal but it will do for this report. I think I will have to look into using the SetData/GetData methods although this looks a lot more long-winded method.
