New items

Dear Experts,
I just want to know like if there is any way that system should automatically update newly created items in all the stores???
Like once the items are created in HO Db there should be some auto system that stores should be updated with them automatically.

And if there is any price changed in HO Db that should be updated also.

Because right now i am selecting the store one by one & i am updating one by one. So would that be possible that way??

    If it is about Stock Keeping Units, you can create them right from the Item card, I suppose.
