Formating of text on report

Hi All,
I have to develop a report.
The text on the report should be of the following format.
Owner means XYZ and its authorized representatives ...........

so wat i have done is i have table 2 label and 1 text box.

caption property of lable1 contains:-Owner means
SourceExpr property of textbox1 contains:- XYZ which is dinamic
caption property of lable2 contains:-and its authorized representatives ...........

The Problem is, the value in textbox1 is dynamic so sometimes there is an overlap between textbox1 value and lable2 caption and sometimes it happens there is lot of space between the 2 values.
I tried to assign every thing to the SourceExpr property of textbox but then my complete text will be bold and underline ](*,) and i required only dynamic value of textbox1 to be bold and underline.
