Navision 4.0 SP2 compatibility with windows 7

Hello Experts,
I have about 20 workstations in my network running Navision 4.0 SP2 clients.
I am trying to add a new client which has window 7.
I realized navision 4.0 is not working so I installed Dynamics NAV 5.0.
When I tried logging in the first time, the system indicates it is converting the objects but I cancelled the conversion since I don't know the effect it will have on the other clients.
Does anybody know the effect?
Would I have to install all the other clients again?

So install the NAV 5.0 on the other clients as well.
