Adding a new Bracket to Payroll Controls

Hi,
I am trying to add the new federal changes to a client's Payroll controls. Is anyone familiar with adding a new bracket?
First I went to Payroll -> General -> Filing statuses to add the new statuses NONRES, NR EIC-M1, NR EIC-1, NR EIC-2

Then I went to Payroll-> Setup -> Calculation -> Brackets.

Then I went to details so I could add the new information.

Drilled down to Filling status code so I could pick the new statuses

But I cannot figure out a way to add the new items I need!!! ](*,)
It does not see to let me bring in any of the NONRES, NR EIC-M1, NR EIC-1, NR EIC-2 even though they are showing on the Filing statuses table. How do I add these so I can finish my bracket??
I cannot use the automatic updates from Serenic because our clients have modified too many other payroll items and it would mess those up.
Anyone?
It needs to look like this when done:

Nevermind - solved,
You had to go to Payroll -> Setup -> General – reporting Authorities -> federal and added NONRES, NR EIC-M1, NR EIC-1, NR EIC-2 under Authorities button -> filing statuses. Then it was available in the other section. :shock:0 -
It sounds like adding new field on the rows. Anyway, I know it would help me the next time I need that settings. It is one of the most important things in creating a payroll.0
