Error Message in Navision Developers Toolkit

Hi!!
I have a problem with Microsoft Business Solutiones-navision Developers Toolkit.I connect with the server and with the database but the problem is that when I try to access to the company, the following error message appers:
"You do not have the permission to work with the Navision developers toolkit. Contact the system manager if you need to have your permission changed".

I have all permissions in this company, and I don't know if this will be by the Navision Attain version (3.01).

Which could be the problem?

    You must have apropriate granules in your license... if you are NSC, let Microsoft generate the granules for NDT into your personal license...

    NSC = MBS Partner = company which sell Navision and make services for customers... employee of the Partner have personal licenses which they get after some certifications and have access to near all areas etc...

    I do not know, if NDT granules can be generated into customer license...
