HR and Payroll rules in the counties.

Hi Folk,

I know that there are no functionality for HR and Payroll in NAV, but Russia has it.
So I decided to investigate if this module fit for other countries as well. Is it real flexible? Does somebody can recommend me any book or even internet site (it would be great) where I can find information about Human Resource procedures and Payroll calculation rules in other countries. May be somebody can share any requirements from you clients in this area.
I can read in English only .
In my site I can sent back my investigation in this area, if you can use local Russian module in your country .
