How to limit user access per company?

Dear Experts,

Are there any ways to limit the amount of the concurrent user that can access per company?

i.e. I have 50 users in the license file, and have 5 branches (Company Name in one DB). I want to limit the concurrent user per company who can login to NAV is only 10 users.

I learned that I should make any modification to do it.

And about "Per DB Company", is it to limit the concurrent user per DB, instead of per Company Name?
