Error in NAV 2009 R2 When connecting RTC

Hi All,
I faced following Error "Service 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server' (Microsoft Dynamics Nav Server) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services in Navision 2009". How to resolve this issue?..Help me....
