we have a lot no. of all items.
How we can make a Manufacturing and expiry date mandatory in Batch/Lot No. entry
please help.

a) You have to configure the Item Tracking Codes Setup which have the lot number series and expiration
formula
b) Assign the Item tracking code to Item Master.
c)You must assign the Lot No. to enter Expiration Date on in the Output journal or Production journal line
d) If you enter the item which have the item tracking, open the Line - Item Tracking Lines. In this window you can Unhide the column Expiration Date
e) This date is transfered into Item Ledger Entry.Expiration Date0 -
we can't set the formula as the material is receved from the vendor and how we can also mandate the manufacturing date.Regards,
