Keeping Revision History of SO and PO

Hi,

Is there anyway to keep track of the revision history of SO and PO? I'd like to keep track of Changes that were made to the orders.

I'm guessing that using the Change Log will be my best option, but I was wondering if there were fields available in Purchase Line or Sales Line that I can use to check how the Line Entry has been modified.

Also, is there a way to keep track of whether the line has been cancelled or not? Since NAV's way of handling Cancelled Lines are to either 1) Delete the Line or 2) Change the QTY to 0, I was wondering if there were any fields that I can refer to check the Cancellation Status.
If there is some kind of flag, then that would be best.

    Lanham have a pretty good add-on that does this.

    you could use the archive function, it doesn't automatically create an archive, but you can easly code it so one is completed, when changes are recorded.
