Dutch & English help in NAV 2009 RTC

At Avans University of Applied Sciences we are using NAV2009SP1 RTC, usually in the Dutch language.
But some faculties use the English language. These students can easily switch to the English language in the RTC (we do not use the CC anymore).
But in the RTC we can only access the Dutch (context sensitive) help files within the RTC.
We do have the English (and Dutch) helpfiles installed in the Windows folder Program Files.
Is there a way to access the English files from within the RTC when switching to another language (Dutch-English vv)? Is it a setting?
Can you give the details?
