Track of short supply on Transfer Shipment

Hi All,

In Location to Location transfer if Item 'A' 100 Pcs transfer from Location 'ABC' To 'XYZ'
but in 'XYZ' the physically received material is 90.

So what is entry for this less receive 10 Pcs?

please help

You have to receive the full quantity to To- Location . To adjust the shortage qty use the Item journal with the Entry type - Negative Adjustment , Select the To - LOcation code , Applies to Entry ( Select the ILE No) , Select the Reason code and post.
