Send to word and excel

Hi,

We are running Dynamics NAV 5.0 and have upgraded our Microsoft office package from 2007 to 2010. After this change we are no longer able to use the "send to microsoft word" and "send to microsoft excel" in Dynamics.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    What have you filled in at table 2000000065 Send-To Program ?

    Normally it helps to create a new company and then delete it afterwards. The company initialize process fills all necessary tables.

    My table 2000000065 looks like this:
    {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} EXCEL.EXE %1 Microsoft Excel
    {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} WINWORD.EXE %1 Microsoft Word

    I am a little wooried to start changing the company name.

    You don't have to change the company name, just add a new one and then delete it.

    I just tried to create a new company name but ufortunately i did not help.

    Try to re-register the custom controls for microsoft office.
