Version List W1AM - what does this mean?

Hello Gurus!

Can someone kindly answer what the W1AM does mean in the Version List?
(Currently have no read permission to table with this IDs).

And, more general question is :how can I see from the licence file to what range of objects I have design permission?

    You can ask your Dynamics partner to download Detailed Permission Report from Partner Source where you can find complete object wise permission. I am not sure whether it available in Customer Source or not.
