Blank report in RTC

A user runs a normal report in RTC, that shows a blank window.
When he tries to close the window he get's the question like "errors occured.. do you wish to delete the changes..."?
Answering Yes or No both makes Navision close himself. Afterward the MS error report is shown.
A colleague of this user, has exactly the same roles and right, but doesn't get the blank report. It shows up fine. When this same colleague tries it on the users machine, it also works fine.
When the user tries the colleagues machine, he again gets a blank report.
Does anyone ever seen this problem, or has any clue what it could be?
Thanks in advance...

first: are they running the same report?check the report selection table for these 2 users
second: is there some code under the report that differentiates the execution path based on userid basis?0 -

1. I am sure they are using the same reports, so that is not the problem.
2. Just checked code, but nothing about userid or something like it is coded...0 -

I believe it's a standard. I guess it's 321... But i'm not sure. Can't check it right now, so I'll get back to you, ok?0 -
Belias wrote:ok, be also sure that the users run the report with the same options.
Both users use report 321. This is the standard Vendor - Balance to date report.
The same options are set. (Datefilter is 31-10-2010)
Edit: When I trie to run the report myself, I also get no result on the report.0 -
Have you same error/data when you run the report directly from classic client?0

do you have the same security settings in windows or in NAV?0

The error only occurs in RTC... :S0 -
Than it must be something around filters and saved values for the report.0

I have similar error. The standard report 206 executed from a laptop shows a Blank layout. If the user try to close de window the message "errors occured.. do you wish to delete the changes..." appears and finally dynamics nav 2009 sp1 rtc client crash and close.
If I execute the same report directly on the server, with the RTC client, report layout is shown without no problem.
Some extra data:
- Laptop has installed Window Vista Home Premium
- Server has installed Windows Server 2008
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 with RTC
Anybody with the same problem?0
