Warehouse: Pick by UOM

Dear All,
I want to use the Warehouse functionality like this:
There are several bin according to the unit of measure:
Bin Code A: PCS,
Bin Code B: PACK (10 PCS),
Bin Code C: BOX (10 PACK)
If the user create the Sales Order 121 PCS, then the system should suggest:
Take 1 BOX (if any), from Bin C and 2 PACKS (if any) from Bin B, and 1 PCS from Bin A.
If the user just want to sell 5 PCS, then he must take it from Bin A.
If the user just want to sell 1 PACK, then he must go to Bin B.
I already considered the Bin Ranking, but it will always check for the highest Bin Ranking first, which the system must also consider the Unit of Measure too.
I also has considered the Pick by FEFO, but I think it won't work as expected
Do anyone have any suggestion on the setup needed?
Any kind of light will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Some of your desired functionality can be achieved by the right bin setup (UOM and quantity of UOM). The predesposition is that such items have a fixed bin with the right setup. To create picks use the picking worksheet with its options. The rest is for you to find out.0
