HELP WITH PROPERTIES

Hi guys , what property will i change with this scenario

"the program should not insert the record until the user has left the record."

I am making a form. So i guess it is in the form properties but not sure what property to change..

Is it
Insert Allowed?
Delayed Insert?
UpdateOnActivate?

    DelayedInsert should do this for you. Does it not?
